Daniela Brack

M&A Professional, Family Officer, Advisory Board Member and Entrepreneur

Daniela Brack combines the areas of M&A and Family Office Management. She is a founding partner of an M&A consulting company based in Freiburg. As a certified family officer, she is also the point of contact for asset owners with a primarily entrepreneurial background.

Daniela Brack studied economics in Freiburg im Breisgau and finance in Basel, Switzerland, specialising in monetary policy. After acquiring a taste for wineries during her studies, she founded her first company and, following its successful sale to a major German media house in 2007, a management consultancy specialising in corporate transactions with a M&A background. There she successfully manages the sale of companies in the course of succession planning in the D/A/CH region.

Motivated by the demand from clients for the sale of her company, she qualified as a “Wealth Manager / Family Office Management” through additional studies; Daniela Brack then worked for a multi-family office in Zurich, where she mainly advised entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial families from Germany and Switzerland;

This is also her focus as co-founder of Opus Au Lac.
