By this we mean advising asset owners (and their families) on “whether” and “how” to set up their own asset management structures; We help to answer the question “buy it or make it” individually and then supply the necessary components and services for the desired structure; And we are on hand with help and advice during the “construction work” – until the “house” is finished.

Our main services include advising asset owners and their family officers on the design of new and the realisation of existing structures for optimal, comprehensive and efficient asset management; These include, among others:

1. 1. Advising the family in the run-up to the intended own structures and the establishment of an own family office with regard to the “whether” and the “how” (“make it or buy it”),
   2. Coordination of recruiting and staffing (tender support).
   3. Advice on ownership strategy for Single Family Offices (SFO),
   4. Analysing the performance and efficiency of existing SFO structures,
   5. Analysis and valuation of existing investment portfolios for asset owners / SFOs;

We therefore provide advice and support from the “laying of the foundation stone” for your own family office through to its integration and handover to the next generation;

Alternatively, we are involved in the practice on a “problem-related” basis or as a sparring partner when it comes to better adapting existing structures or when new, as yet unknown issues arise.
