She is a founding partner of an M&amp;A consulting company based in Freiburg. As a certified family officer, she is also the point of contact for asset owners with a primarily entrepreneurial background.<\/p>\n<p>Daniela Brack studied economics in Freiburg im Breisgau and finance in Basel, Switzerland, specialising in monetary policy. After acquiring a taste for wineries during her studies, she founded her first company and, following its successful sale to a major German media house in 2007, a management consultancy specialising in corporate transactions with a M&amp;A background.
